It averages the SODA native products at 333m to the resolution of the CALIOP 5km layers products, so called soda_averager

Known Issues
The current version of SODA 5km uses a simple Cloud/Aerosol discrimination which is a combination of optically dense features not being included in the shot to shot retrieval and filtering scenes using the CALIPSO 5km aerosol and clouds layer products. It may not be suited for all studies.
